We have been the owners of No.44 Curzon Street serviced apartments for over forty years. No.44 was the first of its kind, built in 1908 as a gentlemens’ pied-à-terre. Two further properties close to No.44 were then purchased and refurbished to the same high standard, enabling us to offer a greater selection of apartments.

Our aim is to create a home from home in the heart of London, whether you are travelling on business or leisure and to provide an excellent personal service. Being situated in the centre of Mayfair, close to Shepherd Market, you will be located in one of the most prestigious areas of this fabulous city.

For stays of 5 days or more, we provide a complimentary chauffeur service from Heathrow,(Exsess to be paid from other Airports, also chargable for less nights and returns) which offers the best way to start your visit - you will be met at the airport and your luggage taken care of, then a comfortable drive direct to your apartment. Transfers both to and from other airports are easy to arrange on your behalf when required.

Public transport is close at hand with Green Park underground station and numerous bus routes, on Piccadilly and Park Lane, just a 5 minute walk. Taxis are easy to hail at all times of day.

No.44 is very close to both royal parks, Buckingham Palace, the best of London’s shopping and of course theatreland is minutes away. Many of the outstanding art collections and galleries are within easy reach, as are many of London’s main tourist attractions.

The accommodation ranges from studios to three bedroom / two bathroom apartments. All apartments have satellite television (most apartments having more than one TV), voice mail, hi-fi system, welcome packs in both kitchens and bathrooms, full cooking facilities, plus all the usual attributes you would expect in a top quality serviced apartment. In addition, larger apartments have washer/dryers and dishwashers.

Maid service is provided every day except Sundays and Bank Holidays, with extra service available upon request.

At the front desk, reception staff will be able to arrange for your personal laundry and dry cleaning, purchase any provisions you may need. They can also book tickets for the theatre, sporting events or concerts, make restaurant reservations, book tours or car hire and offer assistance with any other requirements you may have.
