Most apartments have either a balcony, terrace or private garden. The property offers easy access to the centre of the city and is situated near to the Parc des Expositions.

Hard to believe it's so easy to go from the hustle and bustle of a trade fair at the Exhibition Centre to the peace and tranquility of the park Andre Citroen. And yet it is all there, from water fountains, to the greenhouses and thier tropical plants.

Within walking distance is the Exhibition centre (which holds regular trade fairs), restaurants, shops and the Aquaboulevard water park.

The 1 - 3 night rate includes daily Maid Service. All other rates include beds maid on arrival, towels left in the apartment, end of stay cleaning (except kitchen area and washing up). Maid Service every 7 days for longer stays. City Tax which is not included in the rate is approx €1 per person per night, this is payable direct to the property.

Breakfast is available at the property and payable direct.

Minimum Stay 2 nights over New Year.
